Our people train…and retrain.

As our organization continues to grow we are committed to adding staff to service your needs. These new as well as existing employees require ongoing training on such topics as product knowledge, customer service, the sales process, and industry innovation. Each of our people complete basic state-mandated licensing training and are required to pass a licensing examination. During their first year at Body-Borneman, they are also required to attend the Erie Agent’s College. We then direct them into one of the various industry professional development programs, such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRM, CISR, etc. In an ever-changing insurance landscape and hotly-competitive insurance marketplace, our commitment to training is key to our being able to grow and better service our clients’ needs.
